No. Supply is confined to Government Departments only. It is totally free supply to 3482 Govt. Office in Gujarat. Supply also Offices of Central Govt. on Chargeable basis.
The stationery is procured by two stage tender process by E-tendering. The tenders are scrutinized with (Technical Bid) respect to quality and offers relevant requirement pertaining to tenders as maintain in Technical Bid at the first stage and the qualified products are listed for price comparison (Commercial Bid) in the second stage. The tender notices are published in website www.nprocure.com, website of information department and in important news papers.
No. However, printing request of various autonomous agencies, Board, Corporation, Municipalities of the Government are undertaken at cost.

No. Only the notifications as required by the government are published in the gazette. However, issue of change of name, surname or Birth date is published as per the procedure laid down by the Govt.
The free copy of gazette is only issued to Departments of Government, Government Organization, MPs, MLAs and a few approved Organizations.

Request to be made to the Manager, Govt. Press & Stationery, Rajkot for publishing in Gazette.
Request to be accompanied by following Documents:

  1. Original Affidavit signed in hand by Notary Public.
  2. Attested copy of Ration Card and ID Proof.
  3. Attested copy of Birth Certificate
  4. Attested copy of any document mentioned in the affidavit
  5. Payment of fee as below
    • (i) Rs. 100 {2 (Two) copies} for Open Category (General Category)
    • (ii) Rs. 60 {2 (Two) copies} for Backward Class Categor i.e for SC/ST
    • (iii) Rs. 70 per extra copy required
